1st Stop: Tiryns
The tour starts from the archeological site of Tiryns (Tiryntha), where the earliest human inhabitation of man began from the Neolithic period (5000 BC).
2nd Stop: Palamidi
From Tiryns, we travel to the Palamidi fortress which was built by the Venetians in 1687. There be sure to visit the church of Agios Andreas, a barrel-vaulted church, and Kolokotronis prison.
3rd stop: Nafplio Town
The tour ends in the town of Nafplio where you can visit the Archaeological Museum of Nauplion, wander the old town and visit the castle of Bourtzi, which was first used by Venetians to protect the city from pirate raids.
